2. Intellectual Property and Licensing

  • Curricular Materials: All downloadable resources, lesson plans, templates, and digital content, etc are the intellectual property of Blazing Brilliance LLC. When you purchase materials, you receive a single-user license for use in your own classroom or educational setting.

  • Prohibited Sharing: You may not share, resell, distribute, post on public servers, or upload our materials to shared drives where non-purchasers can access them.

3. Online Courses and Access

  • Enrollment: Course registration grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access the course content for the designated duration.

  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Refunds and Return Policy

  • Digital Products: Due to the digital nature of downloadable materials, all sales of digital files are final and non-refundable.

  • Non-Digital Products: A refund may be requested within 3 business days. Items must not be used. A full refund will be issued minus administrative costs and shipping and handling fees.

  • Online Courses: Refund requests for online courses must be submitted within 3 days of purchase, provided you have not completed any of the course content. A full refund will be issued minus administrative costs.

  • No purchases will be refunded after three days.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our educational resources and courses are designed to support teaching practices, but we make no guarantees regarding specific student outcomes, academic performance, or institutional compliance as implementation is not a variable we can control. The store shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
